These Terms govern your purchase and use of JaloCron ("the Software"), provided by JaloGames Oy ("we", "us"), a company registered in Finland. By purchasing or using JaloCron you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

JaloCron is self-hosted software delivered as a downloadable package. Your purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install, run, and modify JaloCron for yourself or your organization, including any number of your own private deployments. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer JaloCron (modified or not) as a competing product. Full license terms are included in the download (LICENSE.md).

2. Payment & taxes

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment and any applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.

3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email jalo@jalogames.fi within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes updates as they are released, delivered via your Lemon Squeezy account. We don't guarantee any specific future feature or timeline.

5. Third-party services & your responsibilities

JaloCron runs on accounts and API keys that you provide and control (e.g. Anthropic, LinkedIn, Supabase, Vercel, GitHub). You are responsible for complying with those providers' terms, for your own usage costs, and for the content you generate and publish.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
